A friend of mine is a member of the Special Action Forces of the Philippines. I have met him during our way home from a Palawan summer vacation. He was very accommodating so we easily bacame friends. He also stays here in Manila so the communication between the two of us was still there. ON the ship, he was asking me and my friends if we wanted to try out fire shooting. August 21 - Nonoy Aquino's day and August 31 - National Heroes Day.Ninoy Aquino Day is celebrated in commemoration of the heroes Death Day. Twenty-five years ago, he was assasinated at the Ninoy Aquino Airport leaving a mark to the country's history.Yesterday, a memo was posted in our office's bulletin board. and it is shining very bright...today was a really really hot day..after a week of constant rain and floodings, here comes the scorchin hot sun..i am already having headaches because of these sudden change in weather.I saw a film shown in the bus earlier this morning. If i was not mistaken , it was the movie Storm. The story depicts nautral calammities that may occur on Earth if we continue neglecting our environment. First comes drought, el nino, then the melting of the ice caps,and who knows, ice age might happen again if global warming continues. HI everyone! It's a monday and I feel recharged.I visited home and was so glad to see my 2-year old niece who knows how to count already.She also enjoys watching Eat Bulaga expecially the Pinoy Henyo portion. She chants Jimmy Santos name together with t he crowd every time the crownd requests for Jimmy to sit on the "chair of goo".I really love the kid.Hope I can spend more time with her in the future.So upon arriving the office I asked my collegue about the next Holiday for the moneth of August.
